That leaves those children with few options beyond the public schools. And as public schools lose enrollment as a result of more and more

This is an important point! Wealthy countries don't usually have a lot of doctors & researchers who are good at diagnosing, tracking, & treating parasite infections. Why? Treating parasites is kinda walled off into "tropical medicine" and "third-world medicine." You know, USAID stuff.
