I decided not to sign up for the All Castles tournament. I didn’t put in enough practice leading up to the deadline, and I’m not in the headspace for tourneys rn. I may still run AC for a 36/top 100 on SRC, but I might mix in a lower 11 Exit time (sub 10:55) as well as go back to SM64 in the future

Do I go back to All Castles instead of SM64? They announced an AC tourney the other day…I’m definitely better at the game than my last AC PB (over a year ago), though I don’t do well in tournament settings. I can go back for the easy 37, or grind for 36/top 100…idk

Bowser fight optimization finally (kinda) worked in my favor. I did lose my cape at the same exact spot in both PBs, but the execution afterwards was good. Sub 11 PB loses 3 seconds in BBH, 1 second in Star, and at least 2 seconds in Bowser. Going for sub 10:55, and then I’m switching to SM64.

I’m starting to stream again, mostly practice, but the last couple streams I did 11 Exit runs. Golded BBH and Iggy on Monday, and golded Star tonight. This run was 11:02 best possible to Bowser, my best Star exit. Sum of best almost at sub 11. Might try to fit one more stream in before vacay.

I streamed for a couple hours last night doing 11 Exit (glitchless), and finished an 11:14, 11:09, and an 11:08 (PB is 11:06). I had a lot of fun doing runs live again, I’m not sure when I’ll be back to doing consistent runs, but I do want to secure a PB in this before the new year. We’ll see

I feel like my SMW grind has amplified my SM64 grind for the league. I was always the “careful, safe” runner in SM64, but I’m now improving movement and strats, and I actually feel like I’m getting better at the game (and if you know me, I never say this lmao). Don’t sleep on Kilo just yet.

I signed up for the SM64 league. Idk who will see this, but if you need a teammate, see below - I have a 17:42 in 16 Star, and 59:35 in 70 - I’m capable of a low 17, and a 56/55 in 70 rn - I run the game on console - I was on the team that won last year’s league (Chillerz) - I’m a nice guy :)

Felt good doing runs the other night, even if none got past World 3. Was ahead of PB after Morton twice, with obvious signs of gold potential/BPE (sub 8:20 split time). I just need to get past the nonsense and finish runs, especially since I have 40 seconds to save at the end lol.

This was a run that was not supposed to happen. Last run of stream, though I originally was going to end stream before this. If I played bowser perfectly, this could’ve been a 35:59 or 36:00. This is the most consistent I’ve ever played in SMW that wasn’t 11 Exit. 35 is realistic af, holy shit.

First day of No Starworld was pretty good! First run was a disaster as expected, got a 45:35. This was my second run, and it wasn’t perfect, but way better. I lost 3 minutes in Wendy, so this actually could’ve been a 37. 36 shouldn’t take too long to get honestly.
