"Slip And Go Down"

4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2+ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups milk
- grated nutmeg
Heat oven to 350 deg F
Warm milk in microwave oven. Do not boil Grease glass cups or bowls for custard
Beat eggs, sugar and salt
Pour and beat the warm milk into the mixture of eggs, sugar & salt Pour into greased glass cups or bowls
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Sit bowls in cake pans inside the oven, and pour very hot water into the cake pans to about the level of the custard in glass cups
Bake about 40 minutes
When the custard is firm as jelly, remove from hot water and let it cool
[if you find just the right tamale shop they might sell you jericalla which is almost the same but missing the nutmeg: these are the right kinds of custard]](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:xvgvrz37sybdzkl3bom5c4wh/bafkreig4ox7ayog6jfvnac4zhsvw6hgc4j7wrmpxs5x3nxojqouon5iria)

Sexual Health
We have STI testing requirements! They shift a bit as we negotiate our communal risk levels, but generally require testing 6 weeks before the event, and testing for HSV 6 months before the event. (It's fine to attend if you have HSV, but you're required to know your status and disclose this to partners).
We also we have a communal document to have shared understanding of risk, and you can set your own risk levels in the dossiers.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:xvgvrz37sybdzkl3bom5c4wh/bafkreihv3zyfqhcm6frkqb27cdaimjxyvu46t27cwqclsokehtadbdhioq)
