I am a firm believer that the single BIGGEST factor in the longevity of MTG has been its underlying "design for limited" pack structure, with limited as the motivator to open packs. This shows how they are moving away from that philosophy and toward the loot box model.

Divorce mediation today has 2 goals: Figure out where he actually stands on splitting finances. Agree on who gets the house/if we are selling it. Bonus goal: get through mediation without bursting into tears until after. Epic Bonus Goal: be emotionally stable enough to return to work after.

The issue with shutting down frat houses is that Universities can only do so much - they can't *actually* shut down frat houses, they can just take away university recognition of them. That said, the Universities should absolutely be going after them in every way they can.

? Property taxes are levied by states, not the federal government. The IRS would not be involved at all. But, setting that aside...Of course a change in taxes would require a change in tax law to implement. Nobody thinks it wouldn't.
