🧬 New insights into #MDS & #TP53! 🔬 New study with the participation of @kikosole.bsky.social identified a subset of MDS patients with non-mutational p53 dysfunction, showing a distinct immunosuppressive profile, which may be one of the drivers of their poor prognosis.
