'tis the season of art prompt lists. i made my own list for OC-tober this year! 🎨 have fun with it. feel free to do as much or as little as you want, repeat the same prompts multiple times, combine with other lists, whatever is fun for you! #OC-tober #OC-tober2026 #OCsky

TITLE: OC-Tober Art Prompts
Description: it's OC-tober, the perfect excuse to spend the whole month drawing your
original characters. you can approach these prompts with whatever degree
of seriousness and effort you want. this isn't a legally binding list of obligations,
it's just ideas to get the gears turning!
the list: • finish an unfinished piece (maybe even more than one)
• design a new character, or finish an unfinished design
• rework a character design that needs some polish
• design a movie poster or a magazine cover
• draw a single-page comic or short storyboard
• draw your OCs in an alternate universe
• draw your OCs in another art style
• find a blank art meme/challenge to do
• draw something you find difficult, using your OC
• draw an OC at a different age than you usually do
• redraw a scene from a movie or TV show with OCs
• draw an OC cosplaying one of the characters that
inspired their design
• redraw a childhood drawing of an OC
• draw two OCs interacting who you haven't before
• play with alternate color palettes
Footnote: re-interpret however you want or combine with other lists! the only
rules are have fun, take care of your wrists, and don't use AI.

Hiii I drew a tiny fawn in Procreate :DD I like how the colours and lighting turned out, I'm slowly growing more comfortable in Procreate #irisDrawsArt #AnimalArt #SmallArtist #Digitalartist #Procreate #DeerArt #Illustration #CuteArt

Illustration of a small fawn curled up in a ball sleeping on the grass. It is a soft brownish colour and it is hit with golden dappled sunlight difused trough the tree leaves.

Heya! I am back with some really quick concept art doodle from a story I'm writing and that will hopefully become a webcomic! I made this in #Procreate as well (only one layer lmao). What would it take for you to take the deal? #MySister'sKeeper #DigitalArt #SmallArtist #ConceptArt #Art

A young girl in a medieval dress, her back turned to the camera, she is looking at some sort of really creepy super natural being, consisting on some sort of black mass with an animal skull for a head.

I revisited a sketch from 2023 because I didn't know what to draw and ended up finishing an illustration! :DD I like how it turned out, I tried a few new things. I like drawing warrior cats every once in a while, it's nostalgia. #WarriorCats #Illustration #DigitalArt #SmallArtist #Art

Illustration of a white cat with blue eyes. It is crouching with an angry expression and its fur bristled. The background is greenish grass.

This is my original character Olivia having some trouble with her powers. I don't think this is my best work but I'm proud of it nonetheless :D. Also one of my first finished (-ish) illustrations on Procreate #OriginalCharacter #DigitalArt #Art #Procreate #OCArt #Smallartist

Digital illustration of Olivia, a original character by me. Her body has cracks as if it were made of glass or porcelain. And from these cracks escapes intense rays of light, which also come out of her eyes and mouth. She has a nosebleed.
