right is sort of reanimated bianca imaginings [ #myart #pjo #percyjackson #rrverse ]

two digital sketches. first is of nico and bianca sitting on ground level and her hugging him protectively (third book ages). second sketch is of bianca alone (text that reads "traumatized emo bianca?") she looks tired and is wearing a hoodie with dark jean jacket on top

they're just kids (and life is a nightmare) [ #myart #pjo #hoo #percyjackson #rrverse ]

digital drawing of nico and bianca di angelo from percy jackson series. the colours are black dark purple and pink. sketch of nico is waist-up. he's covering his head with his hands and his face looks guarded (but less of a fighting stance and more like a magazine cover pose. his hair is long-ish and messy, he's wearing a dar t-shirt and fingerless elbow length gloves (black with pink stripes and one small skull each). bianca is standing sideways and turning her head to the viewer, her backpack on one shoulder. her heat seems vaguely cat ear shaped, her sweater vest and skirt grey/black with pink accents. the backpack has a fish skeleton and cat face on it. it's not how they dress in books and more so the artist just wanted to put them in cute emo-like clothes

#FinlandiaTrophy - 🇯🇵 Rino Matsuike “There was a mistake, so I am very frustrated, but compared to Canada, the PCS and scores are ... not exactly better... but closer to what I think. So I am frustrated, but the feelings of relief are stronger.

I feel mislead by all dystopian literature. It's supposed to be a powerful authoritarian government that lords over a cowering population, and and we just need need a few brave acts of heroism to give the people the courage to rise up. Instead it's just half the country being dumb and mean.

I will always love this clip of Yuzu covered in streamers, his makeshift gold medal made of streamers in hand, while skating around more streamers on the ice. Truly Yuzuru Hanyu™️ core of him being both adorable and GOATed 😌
