Interesting. Usually, it shows a glyph of a game pad, but not this time. That’s also not the device I’m playing on, or a Steam Deck.

A little from column A, a little from column B. 😄 I found a few things of universally understood size than my hand for a better comparison. Steam Decks are great, but not really worth it if you’re only playing retro consoles. This can be docked. In fact, I bought Retroid’s £30 dock for it.

My thinking was I was primarily getting it for 4:3 stuff. I’m going to be selling everything it’s replaced so I’ll make my money back. YMMV, but I prefer the alternative, shaped backplate as I find it easier to hold. Not sure if they supply both as standard or if I was sent both for pre-ordering.

I’ve been messing with this little fella for a few days. The Retroid Pocket Nova. Beautiful 1280x960 OLED 120hz screen. The chipset inside is insane. I got it for everything up to 6th gen, but I’ve also had it running the 360 version of Halo 3. Only at 20fps, but it ran.
