professionally, i have to be honest, not because i am a goodie, goodie, but because i am autistic and not being HoNeSt makes no sense :-) the Performance Management of senior NHS bosses needs stuff to be counted and measured i.e. metrics, METRICS WITH TARGETS and tolerance where appropriate
