You're correct, except for one thing: they never *end* their push for more money for Alberta. That province has the highest INCOME rates... lowest taxes, even for wealthy... and yet costs other taxpayers of Canada the MOST: billion-dollar pipelines for *their* oil exports. Their wailing must stop.
