Okay ran into some technical issues with the pen. My dad is helping me investigate. Its no problem I still have my "touch" stylus that is cheap and does more or less the same thing for now.

So heres some cool news, Yesterday I got the tablet I laybye'd. Did some setting up and moving some essential files. It is great! Now if you excuse me... I put off doing digital art seriously for too long... time for me to get reacquainted with some projects I had in mind.

So good news. I secured a pretty great smart tablet. With a lot of great features too. Other news, I only secured it. I have to pay off what I owe in order to have it. So it means more XP Pen and Krita learning for perhaps 1 or two more months. Good for me.

On another note... I genuinely want to get back into the art space online fully. Maybe interact here more often and do typical art shares just so I can see what everyone is up to after being "offline" for too long. I mostly consumed YouTube and Reddit. My x / twitter account is "dead" to me.

I may get a new mobile tablet this month, and mayhaps my productivity with drawing will go up from there. But I want to learn using an XP Tablet and Laptop for art.

But going forward, I'm want to dedicate a part of my day just to get comfortable with using a plain xp tablet and Krita. I'm not gonna worry about making masterpieces, I'm not gonna worry about it not being seen, I'm doing it for the sake of exercising something I neglected.

Honestly I felt like I regressed as an artist in all senses these past few years and I'm upset about it. You know those meme-posts joking about making excuses not picking up the pencil. That's honestly been me lately and I'm upset at myself my own comic got nowhere lately.

Like, it felt so dumb to make excuses and not put in the time to learn again. Maybe I grew to comfortable with a tablet in general and not take full advantage of how powerful Krita is. Or maybe I set the expectation on myself to make the usual piece i do which could be hard now

Mainly because Krita felt so uncomfy when I used it to make this profile pic and I sort of aborted it to waste my time on other dumb things. That's honestly immature of me. What good is learning if I don't push myself into drawing on a desktop more and learn how to use Krita.

I have plans to eventually get a new mobile tablet for drawing. But at the moment while I am "borrowing" a drawing-pad tablet that plugs into my laptop and I can use Krita for free... I really haven't taken full advantage of it, I must confess.

-that honestly, give Toby some slack for at least giving us somewhat a lot of confirmations in ch 5 and not much new. Again, we had almost a year to explore the previous chapters so we had a lot of expectations go into the next one. So it doesn't come off as surprising or shocking as people expect.

Story wise, I can understand why some may feel dissapointed that it doesn't "give a lot" or "reveal" a lot and mostly confirms what we know. But honestly that's the thing with how these releases were timed. We had a LOT of time to discuss the story and potential theories on characters etc-

And my thoughts on it - SPOILER Free - for what it was it was incredible. The new gameplay it introduced in the dark world gave me serious whiplash and stunned me I had to get used to it and it was so much fun. The cast of characters too were great as well. I'm considering fan art for one of them!

So I played #Deltarune Chapter 5 yesterday and completed it today. One of the games I actually paid and genuinely happy to be part of its journey. It was such a thrill seeing the countdown mere seconds before release that made me jump into steam and get it on the day.

Yeah... I know.... Let's just say drawing on a phone ever since my tablet kicked the bucket has been... difficult due to its multiple uses. It's mostly a "habit" thing really that I'm trying to moderate but as soon as I can I want another dedicated tablet. Good to see you too by the way!

Been playing Hytale casually. It's pretty great in Vanilla for Early Access but I am curious on how Modding feels. Cause apparently this game really encourages modding with the tools it has in game. And this whole competition happening too which is cool.

You know... I'm going to confess oblem I have. I use Reddit way to much over engaging with my other socials. It's the 'TikTok' of my socials. I'm starting to hate it but it's the place where I keep up to date on my favorite things, outside of memes and funny vids.
