I have no idea who made this or where I found it, but I used this as a starting guide, and it hasn't let me down yet!
I've also shared this with people who have asked me for help, and I've never needed to turn down their streams.

Over Storage Limit
We'll be implementing a 100 hour storage limit across Highlights and Uploads starting May 19th. You are currently over the 100 hour limit and can not create new highlights or upload content until you delete old highlights or uploads to free up space.
[IMPORTANT]
UPDATE: We’re extending the deadline to May 19, 2025 to give you more time. We’ve made some updates to improve download speeds and expanded bulk selection from 20 to 100 for easier management.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:eq6zbxxrspkmh76meifual7c/bafkreicbmzryyqwalwi5s3doryvbsuedacdspriqm4xtfk6542wkb33vku)
