it’s even harder if you don’t know that school, NYC and BK school system which is unlike anything. The school has a particular history and it should affect how you understand what she is saying…which is the perspective of a RICH woman part of a group that the OG parents did not want to join

There was an important controversy in 2016 about this school. It affects how people should understand that it wasn’t a failing school. Also test scores tell us nothing bc of the opt out rate for standardized tests. It’s worth a read.
