Ok. So. Unexpected review. Not bad! The tortilla soup looks legit. And if I’m honest, his main issues with the suizas recipe were that they were being too precise about measuring things for the salsa. Neither of these are dishes we tend to eat in Mexico, but this is a good place to start!
