I listened to Kamala Harris' speeches on a regular basis during her campaign. They were all virtually identical. They contained few if any policy proposals with little criticism of Trump. I don't need a report to tell me why she lost.

Our SYSTEM of government is not a complete failure. Conservatives are the failure. There are safeguards within the Constitution that are being ignored by Conservatives in all 3 branches of government. Corruption on both sides hasn't helped either. Can you say "Citizens United?"
