I took my grandson on a very long road trip from Melbourne to Perth through Adelaide and across the Nullarbor plain I drove just under 10,000 kilometres. I’m pretty tired still because I only got home yesterday. I’m going to post some more photos over the next few days. Here’s some of Kalgoorlie.

Hobart Tasmania is probably the coldest city I live in a small beach town 100 kms away from Melbourne in Victoria. Australia has some spectacular beaches it would take me a lifetime to visit them all. Here’s a few photos from Uluru I took 2 years ago when I drove there with my dying mate. Now gone!

Just kicking back in hospital for a week, for a procedure or two. The food’s great and the kitchen staff give me extra. The nurses are fantastic and they’re looking after me well I think I’m gonna enjoy the rest. This is the first time I’ve been in hospital without being horribly ill.
