#Brewing was such an ordinary part of life in ancient #Egypt that texts spelling out the procedure have not yet been discovered. Models deposited in tombs, such as these at the Royal Ontario Museum from the tomb of Mentuhotep II at the end of the 3rd millennium BCE, are some of our best evidence.

This here is the Boreal Forest. Lac La Biche lurks behind my left shoulder. We elected a town councillor who will work this summer on cleaning up the blue-green algae problem in the lake. My friend is working on a business case for sucking the algae out of the lake and using it as fertilizer. 3/3
