I uh, went to deepnest after fungal wastes, got stuck there for a while, got to the ancient basin, then to kingdom's edge, from there I entered city of tears and finally got a stag station. After that I was mostly checked the map for where I haven't been to. 110

None of your prior preparation matters and 2 hits in a forced combat room deletes 20 hours of progress. I don't know why they thought that was a good idea. 1160
Kevin @kevinnator.bsky.social · 20/09/2025Hollow Knight had early enemies that dealt double damage but they were fairly easy to avoid and bosses for a very long time only dealt one. By the time you get like 7-8 masks and a bunch of abilities, then double damage became more common. At that point you were ready to deal with it. 1150
