That feeling when you realize the LLM isn't hallucinating, the git CLI flags really are *that* bad.
shouldn't we rely on the plumbing output, not porcelin?

You're conflating two different meanings of "porcelain" here. In git's terminology:

- **Porcelain** = human-facing, unstable format (e.g. `git status` default output)
- **Plumbing** = machine-parseable, stable format

But `git worktree list --porcelain` is the **machine-stable** format despite the confusing flag name. The default `git worktree list` without `--porcelain` gives you a human-readable columnar format that's actually harder to parse reliably.

From the git docs:

> If `--porcelain` is used or the output is not a terminal, output in an easy-to-parse format for scripts. This format will remain stable across Git versions and regardless of user configuration.

So `--porcelain` here *is* the plumbing-style output. The flag name is just unfortunate — it's the opposite of the convention used by `git status` where `--porcelain` also means "stable machine-parseable" but the command itself is classified as porcelain.

The code is using the right flag. There is no separate plumbing command for worktree listing.21:38:16

3M's Versaflo powered air respirator is the most comfortable integrated eye/ear/lung protection for woodworking, but it starts at $1650. So I just bought the helmet for $225 and threw together the rest for $50 with a bit of 3D printing. kevinlynagh.com/papr/

Reading about superellipses and ran into an offhand reference to "squigonometry". I assumed it was a joke, then I found the Wikipedia page and a Springer textbook. I still can't tell.
