Capitalism without community contributions is a problem. I own a business and provide jobs, at a proper pay rate. And Bonuses. That in and of itself is not enough. Doing things for the local community without it being a marketing opportunity is better. We should all demand this.

I was able to get an AWS RDS SQL Server change done! Cost Threshold for Parallelism from 5 to 50. You can't do it in the SSMS GUI or T-SQL. "Parameter Groups" in the RDS Console :) www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip...
