So US Market valuations for AI firms was based on 1) No one else could write the code outside of the US, 2) The tech was too expensive for others 3) no one was going to optimise the code at any time?

apparently - in the garage of the house we just moved into (so not me!) - put tape across the back off the powerbar, mark holes on tape with sharpie, take off tape put tape on wall, drill holes through tape.
