I run smartphone filming courses for corporate clients. If you see me with my phone out at a gig, it’s to video someone who’s doing all the wrong things. Typically it’s a tall bloke who’s barged in front of my wife. I then use that footage in my training for everyone to laugh at them.

Just watched a video made by the L&D dept of a local authority I trained a few years ago. Now, I'm not saying it was my wonderful workshop (I am, I am), but their videos for internal use really very good and on par with professional content produced by expensive PR companies. Very happy for them.

It's frustrating when it happens - which is normally when I'm starting a big project. I found advice online vague to say the least, but one suggestion was to install MacCleaner Pro. It seems to have done the trick. (But flinched at the £60 subs).

Let's see if they manage to construct the show without repetition of shots and ensuing everything is kept in sequence. It'll make a good drinking game: 1 swig for seeing the same clip twice, 2 swigs for seeing a contestant prepare a raw chicken after they've been seen frying it 30 secs earlier.

I agree. This would be a wise move. Also try other editing software, such as Camtasia (even if it's the free trial version). This would determine whether there's a problem with the media, or a glitch in CapCut.
