Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't care about the AI slop that clogs up our feed and blocks human author's from their readers. I'm a little disheartened to see something similar happening here in on Bluesky. So many posts use AI images to promote their stories. #writingcommunity

I think it's only if you "defame" them in a novel, TV series etc. Mentions are fine. Song titles and artists are also allowed but lyrics are a big "No." If you want to include lyrics, you need to apply for permission. Not sure about paraphrasing though.
