For #RockinTuesday here is the distinctive “Lizard Head Mountain” in the San Juan Mountains, CO. It is a 400-foot-tall spire composed of welded volcanic ash & breccia, sitting above the Mancos Shale and San Miguel conglomerate. It is a great area for #hiking & #backpacking #appreciatepubliclands
