The fifth wheel got hit by a dust devil today. Literally. Went right “through” us so hard that I had sand blowing through the fridge vent and into my office. Ripped off the vent covers and everything. Wow. Thought the trailer was going to tip over. Now properly exfoliated thanks to Mother Nature.

The manuscript is done for pen name I’m working on, but now I have to find that one font file I used on the cover, the hex code for the accent color, and whatever I named that Canva folder in a moment of organizational optimism. A brand kit would have saved me 40 minutes and a small crisis.
