I need to watch Andor - it came out after I canceled my D+ subscription. And I don't mind reusing old characters, as long as you 1) do it well, and 2) use it to expand the story. The Thrawn Trilogy still focuses on the main characters from the OT, but expands Wedge, and adds lots of new characters

I say this as a huge Star Wars fan (literally just finished rereading the old Thrawn Trilogy last night)

The Mandalorian was great the first season or so, when it was expanding and building on the universe, ignoring the main characters/storyline. Star Wars suffers from a small universe problem, where everything seems to come back to the same small group of known characters/events...

I think this is largely net positive. The loss of cards from collectors packs while keeping the price the same does feel a little bad though - especially for a pack that expensive in the first place

I think it's interesting for after your opponent has popped off/expended a lot of resources for a killing strike, then you keep them from swinging. Like a white Time Stop. Maybe not super powerful but interesting.

Whenever something is opt-out instead of opt-in it's because they are worried there won't be enough buyin. It's similar to UB in MTG. If they had made it opt-in, it would run the risk of being like un-sets, sitting on the outside, not super embraced at large.

Personally, it depends on what kind of deck I'm building. If it's more theme heavy/casual, I'll shy away from it in non-blue decks. But in higher power decks, who cares! But I wouldn't blink in a casual game if an opponent played it in a non-blue deck.
