My little girl had pneumonia a few years ago — so bad that they kept her overnight, with several hours in the oxygen crate. When I brought her home, they had me do steam treatments. I’d have her in the bathroom (door shut) while I took a hot shower in the morning. And in the afternoon/evening /1

Earlier this year, a guy I knew from school died at 52, 18 months after a colon cancer diagnosis. Today, a hospice decision was made for a 53yo friend who has fought colon cancer for 7 years. I’m begging folks — PLEASE get those age-/gender-recommended cancer screenings. For most people, /1

Broke my ankle in Rome. Moved to accessible room for 1 night so I could shower before flying home. Room was accessible enough, fine. But it was on the side of the hotel that had six marble steps (4 here, 2 there) between the lobby and the elevator!!!!

This may or may not help, but one tip I’ve read is to take a picture before The change is not always obvious live (now) vs memory, but a picture can make it more noticeable.
