Elect. or thermal? They do only throttle by some 1/4. Whenever they do, it gets very expensive. It just doesn't work out, technically and economically. The french's system is an unicorn and they do pay for it. Without germany importing their excess at night, they'd have quite some more problems.

You do not have to 'believe' in things, would you please have a look at this chart by ourworldindata? While electricity production grew by 500 TWh from 2024 to 2025, coal slightly decreased and renewables took all the growth share. This trend is very likely to continue.

Falls jemand noch nicht davon gehört hat: pi-hole.net spart Traffic und Nerven. Nur 27% der DNS-Anfragen gehen hier überhaupt noch ins Netz. Die Blocklist ist der Game-Changer für heimische Netzwerk.
