Tuft dendrites hear select “choristers” announce a cortical segue. New preprint (doi.org/10.64898/202...) from amazing student @gable95.bsky.social reveals tuft spikes are associated with activation of select input networks that are broadly coupled and encode a preparation-to-action transition.
