Years ago I remember someone complaining about “multi-millionaire George Michael” covering Brother, Can You Spare a Dime. Like they’d prefer him to be singing about how rich and successful he was. It annoys me every time I listen to it.

I know people complain about lighting in modern films but what is up with the sound? I saw The Sound of Music yesterday without my hearing aids and every word was clear. Today I saw A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, my hearing aid battery ran out, and I’d say I missed half the dialogue.

I meant to google and find out what the title was referencing. That’s a bit rubbish. (I enjoyed the film but I was distracted by the eyebrows of both leads.) (Also my eldest thought the still bit over the end titles was ripping off Family Guy *sigh*)
