I’m having my late Thanksgiving dinner (Canadian) since I’m back where I have an oven. So good. Might do carrots or Brussels sprouts another night. I did pretty good doing this on top of making soup today.

I finally was able to go get my fingerprints done for the interstate license, pick up the mail order for the application and visit UPS to mail it off. Yay me! I deserve a bowl of homemade butternut squash and sweet potato soup!

These meat cutting gloves have been such a good investment. I even use them for peeling vegetables and with them wet down, I used them to hold this hot squash while I chopped it up. When done, I can either wash them with dish soap or toss them in the dishwasher. Saves me co-pays for ER visits.

Pulling the Dollar Shave club razor back out for home use. Not quite as smooth as the Gillette Venus over the skin, but as good of a shave for less $. Good deal for a starter kit with handle, two blades and a bonus. I have no investment in these that I am aware of.

It's nice to get a seat that has foot/knee room as well as room for a under the seat item. My next flight is not so great of a seat and it's the longest flight today.

I had fewer patients today because there was a scheduling snafu and we had one more rounder than was thought to be. I just barely have enough energy to put the rest of this chili together and let it simmer for awhile. I did stop for a bowl of chicken noodle soup for lunch today.

Got back to the hotel late. Put together a pot of chili to sit in the fridge overnight and reheat tomorrow so there's supper ready for tomorrow. I had last night's chicken patty reheated at work at 6 pm. I'll survive here on a couple mandarin oranges.
