Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 10/05/2026Finished Final Fantasy 9. (36.6h) 8/10 but it's a 9 with mods. Immaculate vibes with charming characters, the visuals are especially impressive for a PS1 game. 021 2
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 25/04/2026Watched Kung Fu Panda 3 and 4 a couple days ago. 3 was pretty good with great visuals and 4 was very mid. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 23/03/2026Watched One Piece Live Action Season 2 with a group of friends that assure me they were NOT crying at the funny hair man and his freak son 011 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 13/03/2026Finished Final Fantasy 8 Remastered. (40.9h) 8/10 Really fun story but the menu design is pretty bad and the junction system is not explained very well. 011 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 26/02/2026Finished Sonic Frontiers New Genesis. (33.7h) 8/10 Cool mod but the boss fights are too damage spongy and jank. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 23/02/2026Watched Sword of the Stranger. Liked how many major characters got unceremoniously brutalized in this and that the main antagonist is basically Zenos from FF14. 010 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 16/02/2026Watched A Better Tomorrow. The subtitles on youtube were really bad but the emotional core and action scenes were strong enough to make up for it. 001 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 10/02/2026Finished Sonic Megamix Mania. (8.7h) 9/10 Very high effort with mostly great level design, but there's some parts that are a bit rough in the 3rd zone. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 31/01/2026Watched Wonder Man. Very different from Marvel's usual stuff and a pleasant surprise. I can't believe how much character work the Mandarin from Iron Man 3 is getting. I'm glad they did that to Josh Gad. 001 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 28/01/2026Finished Octopath Traveler 2. (81.3h) 9/10 Huge narrative improvement over the first game and iterates on the combat is smart ways. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 25/01/2026Watched Parasite. Very good movie that taught me the benefits of living in someone else's bunker 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 19/01/2026Watched The Last Airbender. All the dialogue is dry exposition and the editing is nonsensical. 011 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Stone Ocean has some fun characters but it's very obvious that Araki got frustrated in the middle and changed the plot with very sloppy writing. The anime adaptation is also much worse than the previous part which drags it down a lot. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Golden Wind has some really brutal fights that are a lot of fun. It's dragged down a bit by having a more mellow protag but it's usually more focused on the supporting characters. 100 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Diamond is Unbreakable prolly has the best structure being slice of life so it has a good balance of stand battles and fucking around. Is my favorite currently animated part. 100 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Stardust Crusaders has a lot of uninteresting fights as Araki is trying to figure out stands but the last few fights are really strong. The anime drags things out too much. 100 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Battle Tendency is carried hard by its looney tunes protagonist and the fights having more strategy employed in the writing. The anime adaptation is particularly well done on this one. 110 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Phantom Blood is very straightforward but gothic horror and fist of the north star is a fun combination and it goes by quickly. Araki hadn't completely found his writing voice yet so it can be a bit generic. 100 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 14/01/2026Re-watched all of currently animated Jojo's Bizarre Adventure with a friend. Will post my thoughts on each part in replies but overall I think it's still one of the most unique shonen manga with really insane writing. 100 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 12/01/2026Watched BlacKkKlansman. Funny movie that reminded me that we live in hell at the end. 000 0

Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 25/12/2025Beat UNBEATABLE. (10.6h) 9/10 Very jank but has so much ambition and heart. 010 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 28/11/2025Finished Yooka-Replaylee. (9h) 8/10 Competent collectathon platformer with some truly horrid freak NPCs. 021 2

Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 17/11/2025Finished Sonic Forces Overclocked. (~1h) 7/10 but for a fan mod it's an 8 for how much they do with it. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 16/11/2025Finished Sonic Robo Blast 2. (~5h) 10/10 One of the best fan games ever made. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 16/11/2025Finished Sonic Pocket Adventure. (55m) 8/10 Perfectly acceptable Sonic 2 demake on a portable system. 001 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 16/11/2025Finished Sonic 3D Blast Directors Cut. (~2h) 7/10 Huge improvement on the original but still has problems. 000 0

Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 23/09/2025Finished Hollow Knight: Silksong. (46.4h) 10/10 I liked this a lot more than the first game. GoTY candidate for 20 bucks. 020 2
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 05/09/2025Finished Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. (9.3h) 8/10 Another solid Lizardcube game but not as perfect as SoR4. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 19/08/2025Finished Zero Time Dilemma. (20h) 7/10 Has the one of the dumbest plot twists I've seen in media but boy was it a wild ride. 010 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 03/08/2025Finished Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound. (13h) 9/10 Probably the best Ninja Gaiden game out right now. 012 2
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 22/06/2025Finished Shovel Knight: King of Cards. (10h) 10/10 Gets way more out of its mechanics than I expected which is typical for a Shovel Knight expansion. 000 0

Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 17/02/2025Finished Home Safety Hotline. (3h) 10/10 The fracture hobbs are truly awful 011 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 07/02/2025Finished Dynasty Warriors Origins. (44h) 8/10 Really solid Musou that clearly had a larger budget. 011 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 26/10/2024Finished Sonic X Shadow Generations. 9/10 The old game was already good and the new stuff is the most polished 3D Sonic has ever been. 000 0
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 22/10/2024Finished The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. 8/10 Stamp Guy's journey is much like my own. 012 2
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 18/10/2024Nine Sols 9/10 Silksong will never come out. This game rules though. 010 1
Kenny @kenny.secretwalrus.club · 18/10/2024Visions of Mana. 7/10 Fun game with really bland story. I was listening to today's Big Think Dimension episode and was reminded of how frustrating the game's writing is. 000 0
