Félicien Kabuga, accused of fuelling the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, has passed on in a hospital in The Hague. The UN says it has ordered a "full inquiry into the circumstances surrounding" his death. "Kabuga was awaiting provisional release to a State willing to accept him on its territory."
