as a american I know this first hand I live in a blue state, maryland but the district I am in is heavily gerrymandered by 30 points! they stacked a bunch of republicans where I am; every time, we know who the winner is before all votes are cast think about that for a moment! 😒

I believe they are worried cause if the two branches go up against each other it will trigger a constitutional crisis I believe a judge stated one time that contempt would hurt both branches and it wouldn't be good for neither of them but at this point I think we are already at the crisis

some people don't realise how dangerous a constitutional crisis is it means a constitution cannot repair whatever the issue is it many cases it leads to civil war and the destruction of a government structure and then order breaks down in that instance a consiutional crisis has to be resolved
