Most Americans do not want this trade war. Most are not maga! Most Canadians do not want this trade war. Reach out to your American friends - let this action UNIFY us, not tear us apart. www.msn.com/en-ca/politi...

wow- I don't like his policies on health care in Ont. but I love how he handled himself in this interview! I hope he means it, I've heard from some people he has ties to the U.S but he seems adamant about defending Canada in this interview and I love that. www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLjI...

THIS! " The hero always wins in the end and if you are not winning it is not the end". SO very proud to see the Canadian Flag in the background with all of Europe. We are stronger together and that INCLUDES the millions of Americans who didn't vote for maga! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ht0H...

Friends, The world is loud right now. I'm focusing on allowing my breath to guide me into stillness. This song always helps. We have work to do but if not from a centred place, there is no point as the action will be fruitless. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOuI...

Re: the 'joke' about Canada becoming the 51st state. Who wants to join the Cascadian Mountain Region instead? BC, Washington, Oregon and California? We'd make a great country as we actually have more in common with each other than either of our eastern provinces/states. Who's joining?

Have you ever head the phrase 'comfortable in their own skin'? I've been using this phrase in my teaching lately, asking myself and my students as they center, and inhabit their body to also feel comfortable in their own skin.I have a theory as to why it works which I'll share later.

Sitting with two questions lately: How can I serve? and What is mine to do? I really like asking the question what is mine to do, because it's helps to focus on what and where I can personally be effective.

Hi, I just joined and I love that it feels like first day of school- fresh and new, like how a blue sky feels ironically. I'm always exploring new ways to heal, increase and promote intuition and heal so-called 'gut instinct'. Finding Yes is a process, I'm here for it. Morning pic from office.
