I'm finally on my way to the castle, so that's promising!! I'm HANGING on the edges of that little bit of foreshadowing with the portrait, and the papers Emily had to burn--and the stranger that left the lines of poetry in the house before they traveled. It's just SCRAPS right now.

Did you know you only need a small brain to make silly little drawings?

I love it when Bakeoff does things like "American cookies" because I get to yell things at the tv like "YOU HAVE TO CHILL THEM SO THE BUTTER DOESN'T MELT TOO FAST" at the tv and then feel very involved and knowledgeable.

I don't think we should be avoiding really well made stories because of something uncomfortable. And I don't think asking authors to limit what they can write because it's been overused is any more helpful. Read whatever you like, use the content warnings, but don't censor authors.
