New preprint out with colleagues from NANOGrav led by Joshua Foster. We explored extending pulsar timing searches for scalar dark matter to account for its correlated structure across distances, using machine learning techniques to do so! Take a look! arxiv.org/abs/2607.24912

Correlated signals of ultralight scalar dark matter in pulsar timing
Pulsar timing arrays (PTAs) are sensitive to ultralight dark matter (ULDM) in the $10^{-24}$-$10^{-20}\,\mathrm{eV}$ mass range, with existing datasets already probing otherwise open parameter space a...

Mark was my advisor for undergraduate classes, taught me quantum mechanics, and his charm/wit always made me think I wanted to be just like him. He will be dearly missed.

This happened a week ago, but I passed my quals! Maybe it’s cause I had a cute arrangement of my drinks in the Hellings-Downs curve
Drinks arranged in the Hellings-Downs curve, cokes as the x-axis and teas as the curve.

Decided to finally make this account to get more involved in scicomm! Here's a little bit about my research history: -My interests are broad, spanning particle physics, cosmology and gravitational waves. -I focus on theoretical research connecting different subfields.
