My wife - who's a professional - has spent the past 10 years switching off with her sister - who's an engineer - every 2-3 weeks to take care of their 90 y/o mom in Sacramento (we live in San Francisco). We also have hired help too - the kind of people Trump would deport. Most people can't do this.
