Also, costs of goods and services will increase too when taxes are increased on all non-homestead properties — grocery stores, gas stations, medical facilities. So don’t think that only renters will be impacted by amendment 3. Everyone will be!

Speaking of high rent … adopting amendment 3 will result in rents increasing. How? Counties can, and probably will, increase taxes on non-homestead properties (such as apartment buildings), which of course will be passed on to renters.

Trump’s non-sequitur response about oil comes a little too close to the withdrawal of US bombers from the UK for this to be just a coincidence. If I’m right, the bombers will return to the UK immediately after the UK does what Trump wants. If this happens, the withdrawal wasn’t about Iran.
