where I learned about the most important things in life as a kid. In the woods by my house. Listened to the birds, played under the bridge, stole myself there in tough times, hiked throughout the trees, watched the squirrels, learned the language of Nature....and silence. Sacred playground....

I am very blessed-no health insurance for over 25 years. Why? I educate myself, live holistic lifestyle. I garden: herbs/vegetables. Eat only whole foods/not processed. I exercise/sleep+/no stress/meditate/peace/spiritual. Herbal teas/combinations--keeps me healthy. Store it all in extra frig.

Lovely Basil this summer! Also some culinary Sage and Thyme growing close by....I will trim the Basil flowers, harvest the Basil into clippings to dry and store. Will trim the Sage as well to dry and store for tea and medicine. Such a lovely life in the garden!!! Everyone is Happy!!

FINALLY..!!! The Truth is spoken clearly, carefully, directly. Rockefeller cursed holistic/ alternative medicine His curse remains in Western culture. Western medicine treats the symptoms not the cure. Herbal medicine was sanctioned by society- philosophy was mandated & ordered by Rockefeller.

Buddha Boy had a bit of surgery today to neuter him Louisa Mae is taking good care of him staying close. I got Buddha a soft collar to wear for a couple of days instead of those wide, horrible plastic collars He seems ok with it But he also seems really stoned. Tomorrow--a better day. Luv them!

My absolute FAVORITE plant in my medicinal herb garden. The fragrance is exotic, gender nuetral, and mysteriously very sweet and sagey. I love this beautiful plant. Once you see it, smell it--it turns your life around! I need several in my garden; never regret this wonderful plant!!!

Some years of my childhood spent here in these woods listening to the whispers of the wind thru the trees this is where my heart learned about Nature the stillness of it. the silence of it. Then the birds of it. I loved this secret place where my heart opened to ALL that is now and ALL that was.
