Going into 2025 thinking about innovation and sustainability. We want teachers to innovate, but it can burn us out. Not every designer can afford to be critical (/innovate). So what do we do next?

I've been teaching again, part time for the past three years. Year 10 English in Queensland. I'll stick with the school as a critical friend next year, and no doubt teach again in the future. It's been a gift to blend academic and school work. Hybrid life.
