Sen Chris Murphy makes sense. 1. Trump's tariff taxes create financial hardship for everyone. 2. When businesses/industries get desperate, they go beg him for relief. 3. If they offer him enough incentives (money, loyalty, etc) he grants relief and takes credit for the economic improvement.
