If you physically can exercise, with at least walking, that’s a huge help. My back needs three fusions so my ability to exercise was nonexistent which is why this was “a miracle” to me. 110

I’m now off metformin 4x500 per day) and Jardiance is coming off next month and I’ve also been able to stop blood pressure and cholesterol meds. It IS a miracle drug for most Type 2 patients. 1792
