I’ve really enjoyed the new fan-made beta “Act 2 expansion” mod for BG3. My baseball team is still in the playoffs. I am naively awaiting the next U2 album with childish interest. I landed a new map project and biked 13 miles today. I turn 50 next month and I refuse to let doom rule my life.

Brief jumpscare moment when I remembered the age-old pattern of "U2 releases album in US election year & GOP wins" but then I remembered 1) this is only a midterm and 2) that pattern was broken (as so many other things were) by the 2016 election. (This trivia is more about U2 than politics tbh)
