I've done several - Here are a few tips. Use anti-perspirant spray on your feet 2 x a day, every day a few weeks b4 the event. Wear same clothes you trained in! Even your underwear. Nothing new. Bring blister Band-Aids. Drink at the aid stations. Avoid crowds a week before event. Good luck!
