This sums up my life for the past two years, honestly I wanted to disappear years before this. It's hard finding time to heal when you gotta work 40 hours a week to barely survive. But it's worth finding a way to take all the time you need to heal & come back better, stronger & wiser.

I been spending less time on social media & my psychologist suggested I just delete it completely. I think that's best for me mentally, but there's also the fact that I can't trust the news & media. And social media may be the only way to know what's really going on with this administration.

When was the last time we had a break from this administration? I remember for awhile he'd go play golf on the weekends & things would be peaceful & quiet for a couple days, but now it's bullshit every single day. It's like we're under attack mentally because this shit is mentally exhausting.

No, it's not. But I just wish it were more black people that enjoy our beautiful planet & want to explore more of it other than clubs & such things

I just want to find black friends that are into things like hiking, camping. Meditation, etc... It's harder than you'd expect.

I been thinking about starting a business for black outdoorsy couples, so we can do things like this. I just need to find my consumers.

Where's the black women who enjoy camping, hiking, nature trails & outdoorsy type things?
