This. On November 6th- the collective sigh heard from the ⚪️ men and women under the Dem tent that finally they could move on from focusing on “those people”/“identity politics” was palpable. And it’s just increased. WE all see it. Smdh…

Be mad when the Dems don't do anything, yet, also be mad when they actually do something. I'm starting to get why Dems don't post more regularly here. The whole purpose was to get each parties members on the record with their stance. There's nothing Dems can do if Republicans won't break line.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
MAGA is not breaking with Trump! No populist message Fetterman's wardrobe selection to appeal to them is changing that. 90% back the strikes. It's actually non-MAGA Republicans who are more mixed than the MAGA populists coming in at 54%. I know Tucker and MTG may be against it, but not his base.

Honest question. Why didn't she run for reelection in her district? I'm honestly, not mad because I think politicians stay in office too long, so glad to see her not run, just curious to see if she had a reasoning of not to that I missed.

Glad to say I'm not longer a member of the Democratic party. I think I'll be like most Americans were in 2024 and sit this one out.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
It cost Texas when they get Paxton. So congrats lol.
140
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
Because they are trying to appeal and identify with those who wear them, white rural people, specifically men. That right there my friend is "identify politics."

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
Class politics is identity politics. When pundits and politicians say "working class" they mean rural white people. Any interview you see of "working class" is a white man from a state like Pennsylvania or Indiana. Why do you think you see politicians wear jeans and a work shirt on their campaigns?

When other people's inner thoughts spill into politics as it has with religion since the founding of America I think it's pretty normal for some to be cautious.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
Yeah I'm not sure what the guy above your comment is talking about. You will have more opportunities in this country if people see you as religious versus someone being non-religious. It's why people who are non-religious usually aren't open about it because it puts them at a disadvantage.
010
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/03/2026
I don't hate religious people. I do hate religion though. It's brought nothing but wars, crusades, hatred, and pedophiles.

Not according to voters in battleground Pennsylvania! He may win re-election by more than the first time.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 18/02/2026
Seriously? All the bs I heard the past year about Democrats finally needing to kill off centrism within their party. So we support it now? Truly, I need this app and the Dem voters to make up their fucking minds!
010
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 18/02/2026
So progressives spent the past year saying don't elect "moderate democracts" since voters will just vote for the real thing. So in a general between Ken Paxton, a Christian Nationalist, and Talarico a devout Christian, why are we assuming they are going to vote for Talarico instead of just Paxton?
100
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 18/02/2026
Sad your pretty blue eyed angel isn't getting a free pass to the general? That's too bad! Anti-Hispanic? Many of them did vote for Trump knowing he do what he said he would. She called that out! Next time, maybe they shouldn't vote for the guy who wants to deport their family!

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 18/02/2026
None of the groups you mentioned are going to stay with Dems long-term. Maybe for 2026 like in 2008, but those groups and population trends were trending GOP before Trump came back and will likely be similar after he's gone. Everyone is mad at the GOP now, but the pendulum always swings.

There is no occupation quite like being in the military or being a cop where you can do something illegal yet it still be considered "a masterful job."

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 04/01/2026
The celebrations I'm seeing from Venezuelans makes me think they all would have no problem being deported back to Venezuela. The biggest group of cucks I've ever seen. Trump despises them and their country and they just can't wait to kiss his feet.

This is the type of bs resistance shit that pisses me off from idiots on Bluesky. Impeachment requires 67 votes in the senate. Does Bluesky understand that or will this app just get bitchy if they can't pull votes that they were never going to pull anyway.

I do. That's why I voted for Harris.

To no surprise, going off of November data, the wage growth is at it's lowest since May of 2021.
000
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 30/12/2025
There needs to be studies on that imo. When they did polls checking voters sentiments, most thought the economy was bad, even though most thought their own situation was the same or better. The increase in wages outpaced inflation growth.

Lol. I actually gave it up for a while starting at the beginning of this year, but with everything going on I just needed an escape and started again in October. I'm just trying to make heads and tails of this world while finding my way at the same time.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 30/12/2025
Your right about that all the way. I catch myself doing it too, I'm young so got some maturing to do, but I try to keep honest and respectful above all else. I'm bout to take an edible in about an hour lol. Today has been a real bitch and social media makes it worse so I'm about to log off.
110
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 30/12/2025
Respect your honesty. Hard to come across that in this world. I'm being serious too. Too many people can't admit they were wrong about something.

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 30/12/2025
It's a shame how much of what has happened this year could have been prevented if the average voter's consumption of news could filter out just a little bit of the fake news they are presented.

Thanks! The comment to yours said we shouldn't protect our fav, so I thought a high level democrat was implicated. If fraud was committed than convict those who did it, but to see some demonize a group when billionaires are constantly arrested for fraud with no eyes dotted towards them is wild!

I've lived here twenty-two years, but don't really get out, often due to fear and worry. I want that to change, but it's tough not really ever knowing anyone.

Been thinking about advertising side hustle work(sweeping and cleaning yards, moving heavy equipment etc) to my neighborhood in Columbia Heights. Cards should be done by tomorrow, but worried about walking up and placing it on people's doors or mailboxes in this day and age.

Could you go more into #2? Honestly, curious because I've been distancing from social media lately. Did those median voters forget about all the Trump pardons for fraud this year?

KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 29/12/2025
OK I haven't missed much then. I knew it happened under Walz but wasn't sure if there was new evidence that indicated him based on the op's comment. I'm just curious where this outrage is for Trump's crypto fund or the many billionaires he's pardoned for fraud.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. It's sad that some many children have to navigate homes like that. It makes you feel like your on an island by yourself with no one but yourself to talk to and trust.

Why is Hakeem Jeffries included with Starmer? Is there a stance on immigration he has taken that is different from typical democratic one of immigration being beneficial?
010
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 29/12/2025
That's the thing. You'll never talk about those cases. The current president has pardoned billionaires who were in jail for fraud and a former world leader who oversaw the distribution of cocaine into the states, but those cases won't be mentioned.
110
KG @kdh52.bsky.social · 29/12/2025
The current president has literally pardoned billionaires who committed vast amounts of fraud and the former leader of a country who had accepted millions in bribes from cartels to flood cocaine into the U.S. That's just in the first year.

Disconnected from social media for a while, with a few exceptions, and came back today not even being able to keep up. Honestly I want to keep going. Felt so much better.

I salute Brad, he knows his comments are going to get flooded when he posts this every once in a while, but he is right. Trump was always going to be worse.

It's crazy because the people wanting him to be the nominee were the ones doing it. He wasn't rolling over for ICE either, federal law is hard for state law to overcome even for a governor. Look at Cali. They got the national guard out, but after months of trials. He couldn't do it instantly.

ok i’m going my to re-post my idea for a space opera setting, and this is going to be an *unusual case for me*: the following posts are largely formatted/written by Claude, because they are summarizing my own often agrammatical/incoherent thoughts. i do not have LLMs write for me,but this is summary

Has there been any stories on that post-election? An entire group in a city vilified and fearful off a lie from the two men currently leading the country who will likely face no consequences

Like we are literally a year removed from Haitians in Springfield having an conspiracy formed against them by a presidential campaign supported by white men. Even the Republican mayor, described them as beneficial to the new growth after years of decay and economic power plunging.

The idea that white men from the Midwest want to form solidarity with any group they view as less than them is hilarious! The Lovecraft name kind of gives the op politics away as well.

"Incremental progress" is basically the civil rights movement and the politics of the black community for the last half of century. Whenever I mention this to a shitposter or leftist who brings up the tactics of the civil rights movement they always block me lol.

Not to mention Trump went on Rogan and rambled about everything expect the economy. Don't think the questions Rogan would have asked her would have been economic related. That's not his type of content nor does his viewers watch him for that.
