On the commission front. I do need to gather up my drafts and run some price points past people to see if things are feeling fair. It's that mix of wanting to make sure I'm covering most options. But also making sure they're at levels that feel fair to myself but more importantly for clients.

Of there's one thing I've consistently learned in working with folks. It's that I really do undercharge way too much. Which has been good to hear. Given when I first tired doing comes all those years ago, all I got was people trying to haggle me down lower. When by rights I was already low balling.
