I love how different artists can take a similar subject, but express it in totally different ways. ‘Cranes in the Sky’ and ‘United in Grief’ both tackle the question of how to tackle grief, but in different fonts. I’ve been listening to both lately and taking different things from them both

Immigration at the airport is nothing new, but there has been a noticeable increase in ICE vehicles in and around the airport, as well as a new mobile command post that has appeared on the ramp.
Half of the workforce of the company I work for is immigrants, and there are hundreds, if not thousands of immigrant workers who keep the worlds busiest airport moving every day.

A view of the majestic Grand Tetons from the Snake River overlook. The jagged mountains are glowing pink from a sunrise. I got my ass up 4 days in a row at 0 dark:30 for this pic and am still not pleased there were no clouds in the sky. Other days there was nothing but clouds obscuring the view.

The best thing about getting up that early in a national park is all the wildlife you see at that time of day. That was magical for 4 days.

This park is overshadowed by Yellowstone which is a mere hour north, but I personally enjoyed it far more. Floated down the Snake River one day and that was simply glorious.
