Yes, if Dems win, he'll have the perfect excuse not to address any serious issues (such as inflation, ending the wars in Iran and Ukraine, etc). Congress is doing nothing but crucifying me, so I'll just focus on enriching myself and my cronies and tearing down the remains of the government.
